Nana Afua Sarpong is Delta3 Country Manager for the West Africa market including Nigeria, Ghana & the Gambia. Nana is a Business Development Consultant with over 20 years experience having worked for the Ministry of Tourism, culture and creative arts in Ghana.
Previous to her role with Delta3, Nana has been in the hospitality industry for the past twenty-five years and has managed Hotels and Restaurants across Ghana and in the UK.
She was also the head of the hospitality section at the Volta River Authority Head office. Since 2006 her company Stress less came into being with an idea to bring revolution in the field of hospitality and event management, business skills development and academic enhancement and has succeed in doing exactly that.

Olusola Akinrolabu is a Cybersecurity Professional who has worked in information security for over eight years as part of a 14 years career in IT. He began his career as an IT Network Engineer and had a little stint in the Telecommunications Industry, before focusing on security, which has now become his passion. He obtained a BSc. (Honours) in Computer Science from Babcock University, Nigeria and also holds a Master’s degree in Mobile and High-Speed Telecommunications Networks from Oxford Brookes University. He is currently undergoing a PhD research in Cybersecurity at the University of Oxford, where is looking into the cyber supply chain risks in cloud computing. Being an astute professional, Olusola is accredited by most of the major Infosec bodies, and he currently holds the CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISA, CCSP, CEH, CCNP and CCDP certificates.
Dr Adrian Venables, served in the Royal Navy for 24 years as a Communications, Warfare, and Intelligence officer.
Since leaving the Regular Service, he has published a series of journal articles and research papers on the cyber threat landscape and its use by state and non-state actors for espionage, sabotage, and subversion within the maritime environment.
A Commander in the Royal Naval Reserve attached to the new Defence Cyber School within the Defence Academy of the UK, he is also an independent cyber security consultant with Delta3 International and honorary researcher at Lancaster University.
A Certified Information System Security Professional and Certified Information System Manager, he holds seven computing and cyber security-based degrees and is a Chartered Information Technology Professional Fellow of the British Computing Society, Chartered Engineer Member of the Institution of Engineering Technology and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
Mike Komla Etchi, is a Network Analyst and IT architect. He has an HND in Computer Automation and Networking and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing from the University of Surrey. He also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Further Education and a Certified Cisco Network Instructor. He has worked in the Telecommunications and IT industry for the last 20 years and 15 of those years as an ICT and Cisco Instructor at North East Surrey College of Technology in the United Kingdom. He is currently a Managing Consultant at Delta3 International.
Having worked as a Security Architect, Solution Manager and Technical Design Authority for big Consulting firms and Service providers such as IBM, HP, ATOS, EMC & KPMG, and also in Financial Industry (Lloyds, ING, Barclays Capital, etc.), Del has acquired sound Technical & Commercial skills required for varied and complex environments.
Over 15 years’ experience as an Enterprise Architect, and Information Security Consultant, Del have been architecting and delivering IT projects within a variety of private & public sectors in Europe & Africa: NHS, DEFRA, BBC & Birmingham Council, Volta Region Development Authority. International Exposure – IBM (Germany), ING Bank (Netherlands), Emirates Airline (Dubai), Delta3 (Africa). Financial Industry includes projects for Visa Europe, LloydsTSB, Egg, Barclays Capital, RSA, ING and Reuters.
Professional / Academic Qualifications include: MBA (Strategic Management), IT Architecture (IBM), CISSP, CISA, CSCU, TOGAF, MCSE, VCP (Virtualisation), MCDBA, EMC Storage Architecture, ITIL, and Project Management (PRINCE 2). Del is also a certified SOA Cloud Architect.
In recent years, Del has been involved in providing Cyber Security solutions and services in Africa. In this regard, he was a keynote speaker at the 2nd Ghana SME Conference dubbed Business Sense, where he presented a paper titled “The Value of Putting your Business Online”
Amongst other things, Del now shuttles between Africa & the UK, while concentrating on the fight against cyber criminals, advising clients on their IS/IT Vision, Information Security, Data protection, Security Strategy, Governance and Architecture, with a view to ensure consistency with their overall business vision and strategy. Del also provides Cloud Advisory Services and Cyber Security Awareness Trainings to individuals, Businesses & public sector organization in Europe and Africa.
