Every organization needs a business continuity plan to protect its critical operations, resources and services in the event of unexpected disasters and business disruptions. At the time of a disaster everyone in the organization relies on the business continuity plan to ensure continuity of business and to restore normal operating conditions. It is critically essential to build a plan that is reliable, comprehensive, and effective for any business disruption scenario.
Our Training Seminar will be delivered in conjunction with the world famous Business Resilience Certification Consortium International (BRCCI), Canada; and it will provide you with the practical insight to build a mature, comprehensive, and reliable Business Continuity Plan with significant value added materials to assist you long after the course is over.
Our package consists of two complimentary modules:
Module 1: Business Continuity Planning and Management (CBRM) – offers step-by-step training on how to develop comprehensive, effective and reliable business continuity plans and to establish a business continuity program designed to protect organizations from unexpected business disruptions and disasters.
Module 2: Business Continuity Audit Seminar (CBRA) – offers a comprehensive overview of the Business Continuity Audit.

Course Fees: $5,950 (USD)
The course fee is inclusive of the following:
Course Fees MUST be paid at least 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the course.
Delegates who require a visa support letter in order to attend the training course should register and pay their registration fees no later than 6 weeks prior to course commencement, to ensure there is enough time to obtain a visa and putting all documentation together.
At the start of the seminar, you will receive your complimentary materials.
During the seminar, you will receive a presentation workbook, take-home Business Continuity Plan templates, key chapters of a plan methodology textbook, and a set of reference documents.
At the end of the seminar, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance and Letter stating earned CPEs.
Once the registration and payment process is completed, you will receive two emails from us. The first email will be a receipt of the payment. The second email will provide a confirmation of your registration and a detailed venue information.
The optional exam will take place on the last day of the training. The exam consists of multiple choice questions. You will be notified of the results of the exam within two weeks. Certificates will be shipped out within four weeks to candidates who successfully pass the exam. Within a week after the training, you will receive a soft copy of the letter of completion.
Following receipt of full payment of course fees, Delta3 will provide you with your offer / invitation letters to support your application at the Embassy / High Commission. Typically, all our delegates are successful in acquiring their visas provided all the necessary supporting documentation is included. Course Fees MUST be paid at least 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the course to give adequate time for Visa processing
Delegates are responsible for their own flight & accommodation, as such Participants are required to book their flight & accommodation prior to their visa application. We have a corporate rate with most of the hotels closer to the venue. You will need a credit card to book all hotels in advance before check in dates. Ensure rates given includes bed and breakfast. In the event where you want Delta3 to book on your behalf, you must provide us with your Credit card details.
